REP.’s Support Packages are purposefully designed for brands who would like expert advice and strategy support from an agency, without the hefty price tag of full execution.These Support Packages come in two options:

You will receive a dedicated REP. Account Manager to work through your hours. These hours can be used however you see fit, however we recommend the below split.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be on Klaviyo to be on a support package?

No, you don’t need to be on Klaviyo. Our team works with a number of email platforms from Klaviyo, Dotdigital to Mailchimp. However, REP. is a Klaviyo Platinum Partner, so if your eCommerce store uses Klaviyo, we’ll be able to help you get the most out of the platform with advanced ideas and strategies.

Is there a minimum number of months for the package?

There is no minimum term – just a 30-day notice period for cancellation or downgrade.

What happens if I don’t use all my hours for the month?

If you don’t use up all the hours in your Support Package for the month, the unused hours will roll over into the next month.

What if I need some extra hours?

If you need more support hours for a given month, chat to your Account Manager and we can simply upgrade your billed hours for that month. Your retainer would then revert back to the original rate the following month.

How is the support package beneficial?

The Support Package is a great option for brands who require assistance or guidance, especially while the market is tough. The Support Package gives you the flexibility to work with REP. on your top priorities, or let us take the lead with recommendations. Email is a form of owned marketing, meaning you don’t need to spend budget on ads to get more sales. With email, a big portion of sales will come from your existing customers — we’ll help you to increase repeat purchase rates and keep your customers coming back.
