How we got here
REP. was founded by our Managing Director, Simon, who wanted to help eCommerce brands get more repeat customers. Having worked in agency for 10 years, he found customer retention to be the key for many online businesses’ success. REP. officially opened in late 2023 — we may be the new kids on the block, but our team is made up of experienced marketers with a strong background in email, SMS, and loyalty marketing, as well as CRO. In under a year, REP. has grown to be a team of seven strong (eight, if you include our Chief Barky Boy, Lucky the Daschund). As a Brisbane-based agency, we work with a number of local brands, as well as those from across Australia and New Zealand.
